Isodermabrasion is an Ice Therapy Skin Resurfacing System that emerged as the shining star of my Dermal Grade [TM] MicroDermabrasion miracle fabric. Adding ice to this treatment serves three important purposes. It numbs the skin a little so you can scrub deeper.(DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMENDED TIMES). It soothes and heals the subdermal inflammation. And, best of all, it feels really good. The ice treatment is slightly uncomfortable - NO PAIN, NO GAIN.
But when you apply a warm moisturizer or liquid soap afterward, you get a warm facial "hug" that is noticeable, and which makes you anxious for your next Isodermabrasion session. (7-10 days apart).
Isodermabrasion works best after a hot steamy shower. Crushed ice is easy to obtain. Just put 6 ice cubes in the Iso Mitt, put the whole thing in a plastic Baggie, whack with a hammer 30-40 times and you have the desired consistency.
