We only ship to the United States. Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.
In most cases we ship via UPS, so a street address will be required.
Please note: We DO NOT combine S/H/I charges. If you win multiple auctions the posted S/H/I for each item will be charged. Be aware that the actual cost of POSTAGE may be less than you paid. This is because there are many other expenses to shipping a package. For example there is labor cost, packing materials, rent and utilities just to name a few. This is a business and those costs must be recovered or we would have to shut the doors.
We are upfront about our charges and policy, so please don't complain after the fact or ask us to make an exception.

Winning bidders will be notified via Paypal automated notifications shortly after the auction ends. This notification will outline total amount due and payment methods we accept. You can also use the Ebay checkout feature.
"New" items are returnable only if defective or damaged. We must be notified within "72 hours" of delivery of any problems and/or your intention to return a "New" item, and only after exercising manufacturers warranty. Upon receipt of your item please inspect it immediately and should a flaw or discrepancy be noted please contact us via email or telephone at 540-382-0777.
As our feedback reflects we sell quality merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
Occasionally, something may go wrong and we will work diligently to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
However, if we are not notified within 72 hours of delivery that there is a problem, you waive all rights to make a complaint or return an item.
We have had customers want to return an item after 60-90 days and we just cannot honor those requests.
