The shipping and handling discount on each additional item is 50% off. The highest shipping and handling fee will be the first item, and the shipping and handling on the remaining items are reduced by 50%. For example if the shipping and handling fee for the first item is $3.00 and the second item is $7.50, the combined shipping will be $7.50 + $3.00 X 50% discount = $9.00.
