payment Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, however, we will accept US Postal Money Orders for US buyers. Canadian residents are subject to PST and GST, or HST depending on your province. § Combined shipping is available for auctions ending within three days of each other only. The additional shipping cost for combined shipping is dependent on total package weight.
§ Auctions won by the same buyer within three days of each other will automatically be combined and shipping fee is adjusted accordingly. We ask that all buyers please wait for an invoice prior to making their payment.
§ Handling and package fees are included in the shipping fee for each other.
§ Canadian residents: Items are shipped by Canada Post and a tracking number is provided.
è Due to the increased cost of shipping to Alberta and BC, residents of these provinces may be charged an additional shipping fee depending on the item and weight.
§ US residents: Items are shipped through Canada Post and can take up to 20 days to be received, depending on shipment method.
§ International Buyer: Items are shipped through Canada Post International Air at a charge of $16.95 for items under 500 g. If you’re item is larger than this the shipping will be adjusted.
§ Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost of $1.00 per $100 purchased. Please specify whether or not you would like your item to be insured.
§ Lost items: Canada Post sometimes encounters delays on shipments. To avoid any problems, we encourage buyers to purchase shipping insurance. In an instance where shipment has not been received, we ask that Canadian buyers wait 30 days from the date of shipment before contacting us. US buyers should wait 45 days from date of shipment. We cannot guarantee a refund; however, we will work with the buyer to maintain customer satisfaction. We value your business.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Winning bidder will be contacted within 24 hours of the auction closing. All payments must be received within 7 business days of the auction closing. If payment is not received by this time, we reserve the right to relist the item and leave feedback accordingly.
