All returned, defective, or physically damaged items in the shipment must be notified to us via email within 7 days after receiving the product (by using the eBay item # as reference). All returned and defective products must be returned in the same original condition (including all packaging materials).

We only ship to shipping addresses that BUYERS fill out during their KYOZOU checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Our shipping handling costs include the expense of labor, high-quality packing materials, our advanced automation system (to bring fast and reliable service), and rigorous quality control.
Many countries impose their own customs duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost.
All orders within US are shipped with a Delivery Tracking Number. Tracking numbers are also available for international customers when requested. Our valued customers can track the shipping status of their packages online at the USPS website. Delivery Confirmation is included in our shipping handling at NO extra charge (DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS).
Combined shipping: Once your last auction has ended, please use our KYOZOU checkout to combine all of your winning auctions together. All auctions must be combined within 3 days (72 hours) in order to receive the combined shipping discount. We are not responsible if you have already paid for the first item and want to combine shipping for the second item. Our software will not allow auctions to be combined in this type of scenario. Most US shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. A majority of our orders will be picked up by USPS from our automated warehouse within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Please allow 8-16 business days for your order to arrive for First Class Mail Packages. Priority Mail usually takes about 3-7 business days.
International shipments will be shipped via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International (10-20 business days). Actual transit time may fluctuate. (All mail transit time stated is estimated, not guaranteed.)
French / German customers: We do not ship to the country of France or Germany. Retail, Unboxed, or Tester Items are not permissable for France or Germany due to French / German Law.
International customers: If you do not see your country listed above, then please do not bid on our auctions.
